Backstory

I've known about magic since childhood, despite the fact that my father is a Muggle. My mother, Eleanor Voronova, told my father, Mikhail Voronov, about magic as soon as they got married. My father is a native Russian, but moved to England, to Manchester, for work. He works as an architect, and a very good one at that, so we've never been short of one. Later, it turned out that my father is a Squib, not a Muggle, and descends from a very famous and ancient, pure-blooded Russian family, the Voronovs. However, he was born completely without magic and was kicked out of the family. Only his grandmother, the now deceased Evgenia Voronova, took him in and raised him. She also helped me control my spontaneous bursts of magic and kept an eye on me, since my mother worked at the Ministry and often couldn't watch me. So I'm a pureblood, even though I look like a half-blood at first glance. My spontaneous bursts of magic were rare, but powerful. Since childhood, I was strong, smart, ambitious, and cunning. I was invited to Hogwarts, even though I belonged to a family of Russian wizards. I was sorted into Slytherin, although the Sorting Hat was considering Ravenclaw. During the Christmas holidays, I adopted a black kitten and named her "Nightshade". She's very calm, quiet, and intelligent, but, of course, she does her traditional cat-like tugging at night. Classes: I was top of my class in Defense Against the Dark Arts, Charms, Transfiguration, Potions, and Astronomy. Average in Herbology. Poor in History of Magic. Regarding classes AFTER second year (third and beyond): I was top of my class in Arithmancy, Ancient Runes, and Divination. Average in Muggle Studies. Poor in Care of Magical Creatures. The most exciting aspects of magic, in my opinion, are Potions and Transfiguration. I entered Hogwarts after Voldemort's fall. I was born in 2013, so I was born in a time of peace. My blood status didn't really affect my life, as I rarely revealed my secret to anyone. I achieved everything by myself. My strengths are my intelligence, cunning, and ability to achieve my goals without breaking any rules, as well as my ability to manipulate. My weaknesses are my pride, my inability to ask for help when needed, and my tendency to underestimate or devalue the work of others. After graduating from Hogwarts, I want to apply to the Ministry of Magic, but for now I'm considering a more accessible and, most importantly, interesting profession: teaching. I want to apply for a position as a Potions teacher after graduation, as I truly love the subject.
