Backstory

My parents, being muggles, had no idea that magic existed until me. They were very normal people and met on a flight from my hometown, Saratoga, to East Sussex, England. They raised me in Saratoga, then when I was 10 when they moved me to East Sussex. I lived and went to school there, and they raised me as a normal kid. Until the age of 12 when I received a Hogwarts letter. The whole family was elated, and we all went to Friday’s to celebrate. The very next day we traveled to Diagon Alley to get my school supplies, and as a parting gift, they gave me a chocolate tortoiseshell cat, which I affectionately called Muffins on the train to Hogwarts when she finished mine off. Ever since then it’s been like she is my little piece of home, always waiting for me on my bed in the dorms. Hopefully, she will get to see her actual home soon!
