Backstory
I am a first year Hogwarts student, sorted into Hufflepuff. I was ever so surprised to receive my Hogwarts letter. Nobody in my family has ever been magical before, as far as we know, so this is an exciting experience for us all.I am greatly looking forward to starting my magical education. I tend to get distracted when I am bored in class, but I am a hard worker so it is usually easy for me to catch up when I've missed something.
I haven't been able to bring a pet with me this year. I have a cat at home, but she is not magical and my mother said that coming to Hogwarts would have been too scary for her.
