Backstory
After finishing Hogwarts, Owen got invited to work for Ministry of Magic as Auror and so he joined. Job takes him to far and so many places and currently he stationed in New York. Seeing what dark wizards are capable of, made Owen work harder and do everything he could to help wizards as well muggles, when they were about to be thrown in claws of dark wizards. But no one is perfect as even Owen has failed far too many times.
