I don't think I ever truly felt excited before I stepped foot into Hogwarts. Happiness, curiosity, comfort - All were new experiences and I embraced them with everything I had. I needed to learn everything about magic, I needed to throw myself into it before I had nothing left to throw. I was elated to be sorted into Ravenclaw. Even then, I knew it was the start of something magnificent.
