Backstory

Rita was born in pure blood family in Italy. Surname Berlusconi was very influential in Italian Wizarding world. 

Her parents always thought about Hogwart as a prestigious school, and that's why they send her there. Of course she didn't have any other choice than to get in Slytherin. 

However, her family is not focused that much on blood purity. Her relationship with her parents are surprisingly good. 

She always gets mistaken for another douche bag from Slytherin because of the energy and vibe that she is giving, but she actually couldn't care less about this whole stupid pure blood thing.
