Backstory

When I got my letter for Hogworts I didn't understand. No one in my family was a Witch or Wizard as far as I was told, when I showed my mom and step-dad, my step-dad told me "Your not going",  but my mother seemed proud. I was sad for some time until a few days later when my step-dad was gone, and my mom had a friend over. They came over and smiled at me "Is this the little one?" They asked, and my mom nodded and handed them the list for Hogwarts. I was then told that I was going to Hogwarts and that the person was going to take me to get my stuff. After I got everything for school the person (who's name was Dawn) said I could get a pet. I ran through the crowd of Witch's and Wizard's until I got to the pet shop. I went straight to the frogs and snakes place. I was looking at the frogs when I boy a taller than me came and said that the frogs looked cute and named one ribbit. We laughed and walked around, he was a little quite so i though he wouldnt want to be my friend. I bought myself a big snail, and he just kept following me. I asked him where his family was, and he said they were busy doing other stuff so he was here alone. So me and Dawn walk him around and help him, buy all the stuff, and we walk to the train with him. He smiles and pulls me on to the train and into a cart. We laugh and play games all the way to Hogwarts, we even helpped each other get our uniforms on correctly.
