"Look at this garbage that our son has picked up for a girlfriend!" shouts Lucius Malfoy in the room next door. Draco and I are eavesdropping on their conversation. "Actually, I think that they are a perfect match," replies Narcissa Malfoy, Draco's mother. They argued until, finally, they decided to settle it by seeing how well I do in my studies ("There's no point testing a Ravenclaw on how smart she is!" argues Narcissa.), flying ("We must see how well she is at our son's favorite activity," explains Lucius.), and manners towards purebloods (they are a family of purebloods). The first test I went through with flying colors. The second one was a bit trickier, though. Lucius watched with glee as I fell off my broom, Draco racing after me, and me falling back onto my broom by saying, "ACCIO FIREBOLT!!!" (yes, I have a Firebolt that my parents bought for me.). The last one was easy-peasy, as my father, who is a pureblood, had taught me how purebloods wanted to be treated. "Yes, my Lord, of course I shall give you some time to think." I say, leaving with a bow into the other room. All was silent. Draco is biting his lip, nervous. Then, finally, the door creaked open, and a sulky voice says, "Yes, we find that you are all right." We whoop with joy (me and Draco, that is,) and held a party. Lucius locked himself in his room, trying to think over and over again how the heir to the Malfoys ended up snogging a Half-blood.
