Fehu

Muggle Meaning: "wealth" and "cattle"

Standard: fortune, both materially and immaterially

Merkstave: loss, greed, poverty

Notes:
- stabalizes magic
- tempers the effects of other runes

No loophole to Gamp's Principle Execption of Wealth with this rune!

Uruz

Muggle Meaning: "aurochs" (a type of horned cattle), "water"

Standard: bravery, strenght, Graphorn

Merkstave: slowness, dullness, potentially cowardice depending on the context

Notes:
- can enhance the effects of a spell
- good to combine with Fehu

Law of Unintended Consequences:
Every action has some unintended or unforeseen reaction that may be positive, negative, or neutral.

Thurisaz

Muggle Meaning: "jotun", or "giants"

Standard: giants, change, constructive conflict, defense

Merkstave: unbridled destruction and danger, unresolved conflict

Notes:
- Merkstave, can bolster defensive spells
- Standard, can strengthen offensive spells

Muggle Meaning: "Aesir", or "god/goddess"

Standard: the Nordic magi
