02/09/2018-later on in the day-

Hey there, as you should know already, it's later on in the day from the tour. The tour was quite boring, but the afternoon was the complete opposite!

After the tour, I had an hour of free time. I spent this time, reading my school books for a head start on my lessons, and practicing the phone charm. I read the first chapters of Herbology, Defence Against The Dark Arts and Charms. I couldn't understand much of the information, but still took notes. When I practiced the Phone Charm, I didn't realise I was pronouncing the charm incorrectly. To cast the spell you say, Phontio, pronounced Fon-tee-O, I was pronouncing it , Fon-t-eye-O. This meant the spell either didn't work or it would set fire/burn me. On my final try before going into the Great Hall, I finally realised I was pronouncing it wrong, but still failed to cast the charm. Ryland had just walked into the room when I tried the charm, sadly the spell backfired and shot a fireball at Ryland. He doged out of the way, and the fireball went right through the Ravenclaw window."Oh no, the window! Were going to get expelled, If they know it was us!" I shouted
"Us? You cast the spell!" Argued Ryland
"You would have survived if it hit you! You could have gone to the hospital wing, but instead you doged!" Ryland was mad at me for blaming it on him, but he would have only been in the the hospital wing for at least 1 week! We argued about who's fault it was for ages! But as we heard footsteps we quickly hid in a cupboard. "The window! What happened to it. Hopefully I can fix it, let's see. AHH the mending charm!" Said Fae, the smartest half-blood in our dorm. She quickly cast the spell, and the window was as good as new. Happily, Fae skipped out of the Common Room and we climbed out of the cupboard. Relieved, we both agreed that it was an accident and finally left for the Great Hall.

We were 15 minutes late for lunch. This meant when we arrived, EVERBODY would stare at us. We tried to think of how to enter without being too loud, but nothing came into our minds! Carefully, we opened the doors,- as we thought, everyone was looking- Professor McGonagall shook her head with disappointment and then carried on eating. I rushed to my seat and slammed my head on the table. I was so embarrassed, but Ryland had already left the Great Hall. It may not seem that embarrassing to walk into the Great Hall late, but it IS! Everyone watches you, the WHOLE school-including Professors. I was still hungry, but also wanted to go after Ryland. My conclusion was to take my lunch with me and rush after Ryland. The school had started talking again so quickly, I ran out of the Hall. I had no idea where Ryland was, he could have been ANYWHERE! I searched in every nook and cranny, every room and everywhere on the school grounds. But no sign of Ryland. I really didn't understand why he was THAT embarrassed, but he was. Eventually, I gave up, I had looked everywhere but I couldn't find him.

I started heading back to the Common Room. Unfortunately, me being me, I was climbing up the steps to the tower and fell all the way down! I had horribly banged my head and lay unconscious on the floor. When I woke up, madam Pomfrey was leaning over me! I was confused and asked where I was. "The hospital wing, you had a nasty fall. Luckily this young man brought you here!" Said madam Pomfrey.
"Young man? Is it Ryland!" I thought. But to my suprise, when I looked over, there was a handsome boy sat next to me. He had light blonde hair, which had been gently brushed to the side, and clear blue eyes. "Hey, I'm Mason Dawn, but my friends call me Ace!" Said the boy kindly.
"I...Uhh...I'm..." I couldn't get any words out of my mouth. Luckily, all my friends came rushing in, just in time to help! "Jasmine, oh my god, are you ok! Do you need some help. Jasmine speak to me!" Shouted Hayley urgently.
"I'm fine Hayley! I just banged my head, that's all"
"Oh, well at least your ok. Wait. Who's this!" Asked Hayley
"I'm Mason, nice to meet you!"
"Mason, that's a sweet name" Hayley said, winking at me, "So, why are you here, Mason?"
Quickly Mason explained what had happened. Apparently, I was lying unconscious on the floor and he picked me up, carefully carrying me to the Hospital Wing. I didn't believe any of it...until he showed me proof on a video. I blushed, embarrassed of what had happened. "Well, you'll be all right, let Mr Dawn take you back to your Dorm. I'm sure you'll be in good hands!" Insisted Madam Pomfrey. My friends went back to their common rooms while Mason took me back to my Dorm.

"I never caught your name." Noted Mason
"My Name, uhh..I...umm." I Mumbled
"Are you all right? Should I take you back to the Hospital Wing." Asked Mason
" No, I'm fine. Sorry, my name's Jasmine Lovegood." I replied.
"Jasmine. That's a cute name, I guess the name suits you well. You're cute and funny." Answered Mason. I blushed when he said this. We didn't talk until we arrived at the Ravenclaw Painting. "Madam Pomfrey gave me the answer earlier," said Mason, "Bottle!" We entered the Common Room, Mason first and me second. Clumsily, when walking through the painting I fell. Quickly, Mason jumped in and caught me. I smiled and Mason smiled back. He walked me to my Dorm and said goodnight. I waved and entered the my Dorm. As I entered, all the girls were eagerly staring at me! "Umm, why are you all looking at me like that" I asked, confused.
"You were taking to Mason Dawn!" Squealed a girl from the back, "He's one of the hottest guys in Hogwarts!"
"So...? Were just friends!"
" Riiiight, Just friends."
They were all annoying me, so I barged out of the Dorm and into the Common Room. I decided to sleep there, just so I was out of the way.

As you can see, I embarrassed my self in front of the cutest guy in the school! But it all payed off, he's now my friend! Hopefully, no other day goes like this EVER again! Hope to see you soon,
