This manual was, as stated before, created to be used in the lives of young wizards (and witches, though they are generally referred to as "wizards" by Herrmann). With the hopes of guiding novices into a greater level, Herrmann had devoted his life to creating books and manuals. His other book, "Herrmann's Book of Magic," contains further information for anyone willing to learn more about witchcraft and wizardry, including information about Black Magic, now commonly referred to as the Dark Arts. Whether or not you decide to venture forth is your decision.
