Welcome, fellow Aurologists. In this book, we will dwell in the many wonders of Aurology. We will focus on the science of auras, and Legilimency. The main principles of Aurology will be specifically discussed in this chapter, so get your thinking caps on, and your wands at the ready!
The Main Principles of Aura
1. It is not a field of energy
The magical aura is not a field of energy. The muggle aura is a field of energy, but the magical aura is a living force that encircles a witch or wizard's physical presence.
2. It is discussed in a branch of Legilimency
Aura reading is a branch of Legilimency, Legilimens who are associated with the Aura reading policy are strongly suggested to take Aura reading. I am a part-Legilimens through Aura reading, so I pursued a career in Aurology.
3. It is DOES NOT have anything to do with the Patronus
Your magical aura has nothing to do with the Patronus Charm, it may look identical when it comes to the type of color and brightness, but it is not associated with the Patronus concept.
