Harry Potter And The Triwizard Tournament

The Triwizard Tournament is an event where four out-of-age students face three, very dangerous tournaments against three more students from each different schools except for one (from his school). Harry gets chosen for the tournament and he has to face the challenges ahead. Harry has to also face the Dark Lord Voldemort during his third task and be able to get off that trap, since the Dark Lord wants him dead.

Chapter 13 - The Yule Ball
Chapter 13
Morning came. Linda woke Harry up with a kiss and showed him the letters from Sirius. She said:
“We haven’t being reading Sirius letters, just because we were busy. Take it.”
He took it from her and open the first one:
Harry,
Whoever put made that Mark appear to the sky is planning to kill you. Watch out and keep your eyes focused. Always keep in touch if something is suspicious.
Sirius
Then, he opened the second one and read:
Harry,
Whoever put your name in that Goblet, is not your friend or your ally. Keep your eyes focused and write to me if anything is more suspicious.
Stay safe with your girlfriend.
Sirius
He closed it and said:
“Thanks.” He got up and quickly brushed and dressed up. He checked the calendar. “It’s Christmas. We can go to Hogsmeade.”
“Sorry dear, but I can’t. I need to join Hermione to the library. Need to study. Go with Ron and ask… wait, how long you are spending there?” Linda said breathlessly, then asked.
“2 or 3 hours.” he answered.
“OK, we’ll be there after an hour. Later.” She rushed to meet Hermione to the library.
After three hours, they went to Gryffindor common room and said:
“We have to do something now. I’m going to read because I don’t know what to do.” she said, bringing out The Advanced In Herbology. They did what they did all day and had dinner and went to bed.
When it was evening, they prepared to go to The Yule Ball. Then a voice said:
“How do I look?”
It was Linda. She was wearing a long, white dress with white gloves and her hair was like silk. Everyone, even the boys in the boys- dormitories were surprised at what she wore. Then, Harry said:
“Oh my gosh, you look splendid my darling!”
“Thanks, sweetheart, it was Hermione that help me with this.” Linda said, holding Harry.
“About Hermione, who is going to be her date tonight?” Ron asked, anxiously.
“I’m not telling you who it is. Well, when you’ll find out, you’ll be shocked.” Linda answered, with an evil smile. Then, Linda, Harry and Ron exited from Gryffindor Tower and went into The Great Hall were the Yule Ball was going to be started. Then, Professor McGonagall was coming and said:
“The Ball is about to begin in a few minutes Potter.”
“OK Professor.” he answered.
Then, everyone turned to look at the entrance and they saw a girl, with pink dress, hair like silk coming down the stairs. She smiled at Harry and he smiled back, then Linda whispered to Harry’s and Ron’s ear:
“That’s Hermione.”
Then, Viktor Krum accompanied her into the Hall along with everyone else. Then, they begin the dance. Linda and Harry were dancing merrily on the stage and then, they felt a bit tired and went to a bench to rest. Then, Ron was complaining:
“I can’t believe Hermione is going with Krum!”
“Well, she is coming now, why can’t you tell her yourself to her face? Go on!” Linda said, glaring at him.
Hermione arrived and said:
“I heard what you said and by the way, this ball is to make people have friends.”
“I think he has more than friendship on his mind.” Ron answered, feeling tired.
Hermione, without a word, she exited. Then, a couple of minutes later Hermione, with Linda and Ron were bickering. After, she saw Harry. Linda quickly joined him and send them back to their common room. But instead, she cared for her sister and told her that she should leave Ron alone, then, she tried to persuade Harry to the last dance. They danced and danced and before they knew it, they kissed. Half an hour later, they all joined the others to bed.
