Guide to Studying, Focusing, Note taking, and More

By Tanya J. Blueblood

Welcome to the ultimate guide to surviving school for 1st years! At the time of writing, I am a 1st year myself, so I can relate to how difficult it may be to focus on school, but hopefully by the end of this book, you will feel a bit better.

Focus Tips

Chapter 2

If you're anything like me, you have a lot of trouble focusing. And if your mom is anything like my mom, she thought to suggest you get a book on focusing. And if you're anything like me AGAIN, you listened. So without further ado, here are some Blueblood family secrets to focusing.

1. Almonds. It's fine if you have a tree nut allergy and can't, I myself am allergic to cashews, but if you can have them just keep a couple nearby. I have no clue why, but it makes you smarter and helps you focus better.

2. Water. If you need a boost of energy, like if you feel tired, just take a sip of water with your eyes open as wide as possible. Like I said, no clue how or why this works, but it does.

3. Headphones or something else to block noise. It helps to have no, or at least less, noise.

That's all I have on focusing! Hope this helped!
