Before wands: Mages and Their Spells

I am the Guardian, Khadgar. I have saved the Earth from its darkest times, when orcs had invaded through a portal and when my fellow protector of the Earth became a demon when he was trying to help save the Earth. In this book, I will tell you about the time when I conjured spells using my hands, not a wand, and when mages were specially trained to defeat dark wizards. Read this if you want to be able to cast spells without your wand.

Teleportation
Chapter 4
Teleportation is a more advanced spell from a mage's arsenal. To use this spell, say "Ianuae Magicae!" A circle of blue light should appear under you. A ball of blue light will appear in your dominant hand. Throw this ball to where you want to teleport. Then say, "non me commoveat!" This will move you to the place where you had cast your ball of light.
This spell does take up a lot of mana. You should be at full energy before using this spell. If you do use it, try to use a Mana boost potion such as Margohide.
This spell is very useful in situations when you are too close to somebody. Remember to drink plenty of Margohide before or immediately after you cast this spell.
Because of a dark mage named Grommash, this spell was one of the few spells which used to be illegal in 1398's magical law and rule book.
