Arcane Explosion
Chapter 2
Arcane explosion is one of the most basic spells which you can use. The incantation for this spell is Arcanum Crepitus. Say this, and a purple ball of light should appear in your dominant hand. Throw this ball to the ground and anybody who is in a three foot radius of the spell will blow up.
This spell is usually used to deal low damage to many people at once- it does not take much energy or skill, but it does little damage. It is most effective to use it against low-health, weak mobs.
Arcane explosion is one of the first spells which I ever learned. Whenever you are going to use an Arcane explosion, remember to be a good distance away from where you throw the energy ball, or else you will blow up yourself.
