Crazed Creatures
Chapter 4
Crazed Creatures
There once was a pixie with wings bright and blue,
A troublemaker through and through.
He’d flit around gardens, causing such fright,
Turning day into chaos, morning and night.
He tangled the grass, made the flowers all droop,
Dropped frogs in the cauldrons, and stirred up the soup.
He'd pinch the poor goblins who sat in their lair,
Then vanish so quickly, leaving them in despair.
He hid all the faeries’ favourite shoes,
Spilled ink on the scrolls, giving scribes the blues.
He’d buzz in the ears of centaurs with pride,
Making them jump and run off to hide.
But one day he poked at a sorceress’s hat,
Who had enough and said, "Let’s settle this, brat."
With a snap of her fingers and a sharp, stern spell,
She trapped the rogue pixie in a shimmering shell.
Now he’s stuck in the jar on her shelf, feeling small,
But still manages to prank every creature who calls.
For even confined, he’s a mischievous chap,
Who won’t ever give up his pixie-ish trap!
