Hola, bonjour, namaste, all readers ;) Welcome to yet another chapter of Hogwarts Monthly News Issue 8. Wow, isn’t it amazing how fast time flies? It has been 8 months since HMN was first established! Through that time, the members of our team have worked hard, promoting chapters in the public group, writing engaging pieces of art, editing and rephrasing to make chapters the best possible, and proofreading like detectives by fixing minor errors.

As always, I would like to start this chapter and take this opportunity to thank all the members of our team for working diligently this month. It’s not exactly easy, working in a magazine, getting all your jobs done, while managing your life outside of HiH as well. Plus, Issue 8 has had to be published one day early as I am going on a vacation from tomorrow. However, every employee in HMN has mastered it! I appreciate every team member for all their hard work and everything that they have contributed to the magazine. Thank you so much <333

Our new cover designer, Adeleina Rosewood, has done such an astounding job on the cover this month, I was left shocked. In a good way, don’t worry! Her cover was clearly created with a lot of thought - and the idea to make it related to a crime was so original and creative! Plus, her combo of colours and fonts completely ROLLED with the theme… I am so excited to see her work in the future! Well done, Adeleina!

Next, I’d like to name and fame Ivy Dewdrop : ) She came back to HMN a little late last month, and couldn’t do much. However, she has taken up her job as assistant secretary this month with dedication and enthusiasm! I love how you sent out reminders in the group, your beautiful flyer that you sent out this month (can’t wait to see more of those!), as well as the way you encourage everyone to work to the best of their ability as well as efficiently in HMN! I am so proud of you - great job!

I know I announced this last month, but remember everyone, HMN’s doors are currently closed to new members. I know, I know, it’s sad. No more section in this chapter on the amazing new members of HMN. I feel like Adeleina will be our newest member for a while now. But who knows - HMN’s doors may open once more, so keep your eyes peeled!

I’d like to end this chapter by thanking all the readers out there for reading our issues, supporting us, and bringing joy to our hearts by letting us know how much you love our editions! I assure you that we won’t fail and disappoint - Hogwarts Monthly News will keep on delivering high-quality, engaging and simply FANTASTIC newspapers every month right to your doorstep!
