Welcome to Hogwarts. I trust you have found you way into your common room alright and have settled down in the big castle. I know your eager to get to classes, but may not know how. Continue reading to find out. 
First I would like to ask if you found this book helpful in anyway please post on my wall or owl me to let me know. If you have any notes or suggestions feel free to let me know as well. And without further ado let's get into the book. 

When you first sign up for Hogwarts is here it might seem too big to figure out. Stay patient and calm. You should notice the HIH symbol on the fair right of your screen with 3 lines like shelf's beside it. If you click that you will have a personal guild to the castle. 
To get to classes click on the 'Academic' tab and then click course Catalog. You should then be able to to see all of the first year classes. To enrol click on the 'open course' button and on the left there should be an enrol button. Click that and your golden. You can now submit assignments and start learning. You must do this for all classes to enrol. 
To complete first year you must have all core subjects complete with all assignments done (not including extra credit essay's). The core subjects are- Astronomy, Charms, Defence against the Dark Arts, Herbology, History of magic, potions and Transfigurations. There is some debate still in the HIH community on weather flying is mandatory to move on to the next year but I would recommend doing it as it gives some interesting history on brooms and other interesting topic's one of which inclues magic carpets.
