Kyra- Hello Ivy,

I am Kyra. If it's not too much trouble, would I be able to do an interview with you for the 'Hogwarts Seasonal Magazine Summer 2024 issue'?

Ivy Dewdrop- I would love to!!~

Kyra- Yayy, thank you! What do you most love about Hogwarts, and what do you most love about HiH? What, if anything, would you wish changed about HiH?

Ivy Dewdrop- Ummm.....

I love the depth of HiH and how it feels real sometimes!! I love the assignments, how kind everyone is, Hogwartle!! (!!!!!!! I loveeee Hogwartle!!!!)

Kyra- Yes, I totally agree! And hogwartle is so fun!! How did you become a Harry Potter fan? Who would you say is your favorite witch or wizard from the era when Harry Potter was a Hogwarts student?

Ivy Dewdrop- Hmmm....

I really became interested throughout my family, (IRL)

I've always been surrounded by Harry Potter loves!!

Kyra- Oooh, interesting! If not Hogwarts, which school would you want to study at and why?

Ivy Dewdrop- Definitely an arts school, because I can sing, dance, draw, and love expressing myself in that way, however I don't know it I could imagine being anywhere else I think that this is the perfect place for me!!~

Kyra- Wow, that all sounds so fun! I noticed that you were sorted into Hufflepuff House. Why do you think the Sorting Hat must have put you in Hufflepuff?

Ivy Dewdrop- Well my entire family is made of Ravenclaw for the last 4 generations so it was a close call but I think when I walked up to the sorting hat on that faithful day I smiled bright and said that I was excited and "thank you" I guess my whole demeanor is very preppy?? I'm not sure if that's a great way to describe it?? But I'm very energetic and happy all the time (except when I mad- when I'm mad run 🤣)

Kyra- 4 generations, that’s so cool! Though I absolutely love the Hufflepuff house! Which subjects at Hogwarts are your favorites? Are there any subjects that you don’t enjoy or would say you’re struggling with.?

Ivy Dewdrop- I really love Herbology and Flying and I will say Charms and Defense Against the Dark Arts aren't my favorite though very important!!

Kyra- Yes, I completely agree with your suggestions! What are your interests and hobbies outside of Hogwarts?

Ivy Dewdrop- Singing, Dancing, Drawing, and Acting

Kyra- Those sound really fun!! If you could be a Professor Assistant for any subject, which subject would you choose?

Ivy Dewdrop- Herbology!

I LOVE the plants and I'm currently working on my midterm!

Kyra- Ooh, hope you do well!! How do you manage toggling between the Muggle world and Hogwarts? Do you think time-turners are very useful for this purpose? Does it help that HiH is self-paced?

Ivy Dewdrop- Well it seems as if I don't know what a "time-turner" is, no?? But I balance it quite easily. I just get on when I can and in my free time!!

Kyra- Ok, a time-turner is a small enchanted hourglass that can be worn around a witch or wizards' neck, that could transport the user back in time. That's great, and it's what I do too!! Did you read Cursed Child? If you did, what is your opinion about it?

Ivy Dewdrop- I have not read it sorry, I might look into it though!!

And yes I do think that the time-turners would be very useful!!

Kyra- Well I definitely recommend it!! Yes, I do too! That's all. Thank you so much for the interview.
