Let's End It Here

Chapter 30

As the sun gracefully descends upon the horizon, casting a tranquil glow through the glass windows of the Hogwarts Library, you recline in your armchair with a contented sigh. The newest edition of the Hogwarts Monthly Magazine has been a lengthy read, but one that has been most worth it. With a peaceful smile, you close the book, smoothing the yellowed parchment and reflect fondly on your favourite chapters. Nearby, a candle flickers softly, its gentle light enhancing the serene atmosphere.

As the day draws to a close, we bid you farewell. On behalf of the entire Hogwarts Monthly News team, we extend our heartfelt thanks for immersing yourself in this issue, a labour of love from start to finish. From delving into the fascination with Coquette to uncovering the lesser-known festival of Opiconsivia, every aspect of crafting, editing, and presenting these chapters was a joy, made even more meaningful by your appreciation. Thank you, dear reader!

In a lighter vein, Hazel Antler's riddles from last month are now ready to be unveiled:

“What goes up but never comes down?”
The answer is Age.

“What begins with 'e' and only contains one letter?”
The answer is an Envelope.

“I have four legs when I’m young, two legs when I’m in the middle, and three legs when I’m old—what am I?”
The answer is a Human.

“I am an odd number. Take away a letter and I become even. What number am I?”
The answer is Seven.

“What has 13 hearts but no other organs?”
The answer is a Deck of Playing Cards.

How many did you solve? If you sent your answers to Hazel Emory Antler via owl last month, you will find your name listed below:
Marietta Oizys! Congratulations!

Thank you so much for your participation, and well done!

With that, feel free to revisit the magazine or continue with your evening’s pursuits. I wish you all the best!
