Hot Chocolate for You - by Daisy

Chapter 14

Don't brew the same old, boring hot chocolate anymore.

Do it in the best way possible by adding a few of the following, as per your choice and likes:

1. Add "liquid gold" tahini.

2. To make French Hot Chocolate (ooh, that's my favorite, obviously), take decadence to a whole new level by using heavy cream and powdered sugar with dark chocolate.

3. Use butter and rum instead of milk.

4. Cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and hot chocolate taste delicious together. For this recipe, you may even go vegan with coconut milk and dairy-free chocolate.

5. Truly enhance your hot chocolate experience by adding malted milk powder.

6. If you are a coffee lover, you will be obsessed with a decadent recipe that combines coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.

7. Swirl peanut butter into your hot chocolate, if you like it.

8. Try white hot chocolate instead of milk hot chocolate or dark hot chocolate.

9. Nutella and milk ONLY—total bliss.

10. Add sweetened condensed milk to your hot chocolate recipe.

11. Garnish with blackberries? Or with snickerdoodles, or pop in some chocolate cookies as a garnish? Or rather, let's have some S'mores with our favorite hot chocolate winter drink.

12. Have it frozen.

13. Whipped cream frosting and chocolate sprinkles.

14. Add your favorite ice-cream to it—definitely not butterscotch unless you want to call it butterbeer.

15. Add salted caramel to your hot chocolate.

16. Make it spicy hot chocolate by adding cayenne pepper, maple, cinnamon, and chili powder. Hot n Spicy, and sickly sweet, yumm.

17. Lavender Blue, Dilly Dilly, Lavender Brown. No, sorry, not Ron Weasley's girlfriend. Add lavender flavoring to your hot chocolate. Trust me, you will never have plain hot chocolate again.

Try those out and let me know how it goes.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Yours Thirstily,

Daisy Delacour.
