I couldn't believe this;none of this was possible. But it was true, my mum was dead and Isla is my sister.

Isla stayed home with me and I loved her accompany;it was like we were always sisters and never got seperated. But I kept asking myself the same question everytime: did she run away or did she get lost and if she ran away, why? Once she had heard my question she would move onto a completely different subject so clearly she was hiding something from me.

"Look, I know you might not want to answer me but why did you leave?" I asked knowing she was going to change the subject once again. "Look your not safe with me, I can't live with you and I know we just started to unravel a knot but I can't do this anymore," she replied full of sorrowness and guilt. I just sat there repeating myself the same words that Isla had just said. Isla got out of her chair, gave me a warm kiss on my head then went upstairs. I stepped into my room and grabbed my barbie doll without realising a red book covered in blood. Only until I looked up, I saw the book and screamed so much that my body froze- completely froze.

Isla ran staright in and pulled me out of the room locking the door behind her. Through the keyhole, I watched her grab the book and mutter something a bit like this "sotihindma" but she said it really long and quiet. The book suddenely shut and hushed down.

I slept in another room and tried to dream of mum until morning.
