-COMPETITION-

For this issue of The Hogwarts Entertainment Magazine, the challenge is to create a character that could completely change the Harry Potter series and add a twist to the story. You simply need to fill in the character’s details and explain that twist simply via the form (link is below).

The winners will be judged for diversity, inventiveness and temptation. So go on - it doesn't take much and we love to receive new writing! There's also a prize for the winner/s: you get to choose a teaser fan fiction from this book and request a chapter from one of them!

-Winner of Previous Competition-

Last month we had some great submissions for the crossover-creating competition and I am pleased to announce we have three winners this time round! The winning entries were judged on inventiveness, diversity and temptation – here they are!:

1st Place – Evelyn-Swan Mills:

Crossover: Harry Potter/Hercules

Entry: Follows the story of Hercules' secret cousin Celest, daughter of Hades, as she begins her education at Hogwarts. With demons, fates, and more secrets than any one God could possibly hide, just how is she going to survive? Also involves the lurking of a blonde ferret, you've been warned!

2nd Place – Jamie Pevensie:

Crossover: Eaglesclaw (does it count?), Harry Potter, Narnia, Keeper of the Lost Cities, Frozen, Alice in Wonderland, Lord of the Rings, Doctor Who,  Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, et al.

Entry: The crossover is the final official book in the Eaglesclaw Chronicles series, book six. Jade, Alana, and West have been chosen to represent their realm at a Fantasy Realms conference (breaking the fourth wall xD). They encounter characters there from a million great fantasy books and movies. But one tiny little bad detail- if all of the heroes can converge, so can the villains. Their ragtag team of wizards, Hobbits, elves, royalty, Time Lords, aliens, ghostly cats, and detectives must travel to each of their respective realms to collect an item. If all of the items can be joined together before all of the villains catch up with them, it will become an ultimate weapon to protect their multiverse.

3rd Place: Alp Glide

Crossover: The Hunger Games and Harry Potter

Entry: What if the Wizarding World had a Hunger Games, with four students selected from each year, one representing each house (28 in total)? Would the Quarter Quells be different, then? Find out in this upcoming...FANFICTION!
