The Letter On The Leg
Chapter 2
On the owl's right leg, a letter is securely tied. Olive opens the letter to see what it says:
Dear Ms. Hornby,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been excepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The first term begins on September 1st. Please be on the Hogwarts Express (Platform Nine and Three Quarters). The train departs at exactly eleven o'clock.
On the back you will find a list of all the equipment needed for first year students at Hogwarts.
