Dear Sirius,
I'm so bored lately. There's nothing fun to do here. I live in literally the most BORINGEST part of the world. No Disneyland. Or Six Flags.
Only a bunch of freaking heat and pain.
Though, California has that too. But it does have DISNEYLAND-
You do know what Disneyland is, right? If you don't, then YOU HAVEN'T LIVED, SIRIUS.
Enough about my summer, though. How are you? Are your parents treating you better? Because if they aren't, then I WILL gather James, Remus, Peter, Lily, and Alice to all gang up on your parents.
Fair warning- Lily's good at Jelly-Legs Jinxes. Trust me, I've slept in the same dorm as her for 6 years.
I'm sending along some cinnamon rolls that I baked this morning. Hopefully the owl will deliver them while they're still fresh.

Ok, that was weird. Marlene read the letter again. Was it some fancy coded message? Because that did NOT seem like something Sirius would say. And what was up with the bottom part? Did Sirius throw his pen through the paper or something?
"Please, wish we could go back to Hogwarts?" Marlene read out loud. "The guy blew up the entire plumbing system two years ago."
She folded the letter up and put it back into the envelope and thought.
