First day back and gosh was I excited! Like literally, I was dreading Hogwarts to start again, but know I realize I'm just having fun whenever I go to Hogwarts. Or so I thought.

An hour later:

It was Astronomy, a fairly good class, but today absolutely boring! Maybe it was because the topic was boring or maybe because we had a sub, who happened to be professor Binns. Of course Professor Binns didn't want to leave his classroom so we came there. Luckily I was with Annabelle. Ravenclaws were in most of our classes but not Astronomy. Next we Gryffs had Herbology with Ravenclaws, then it was DADA with HufflePuffs. I was looking forward to DADA as we were finally going to learn spells. Last year we learned spells but only easy stuff like the wand lighting charm.

Anyway the bell rang a few minutes later and Annabelle and I were out the door. But apparently not fast enough. For 3 girls stood blocking our passage to herbology.

"Umm...Excuse us" I said trying to push past them. No luck.

"This is not yours to block" Annabelle said crisply to them.

"Actually, it is" One of them replied.

"Why should it be?" I confronted them.

"Well, wouldn't ya know" The head one said smacking gum between her teeth.

"What have we got here? Some little 2nd years? Aww, were you on your way to class?" She said pretending to brush away tears.

"So what if were 2nd years" Belles (Annabelle) said boldly.

"Yeah, and shouldn't you be on your way to cl-" I said before the one-minute bell rang.

"Go!" I shouted.

Together we sprinted all the way to the green houses were we sat down by Adri and Anne.

"What happened to you two?" Adri asked grinning.

"Oh shut up" I said turning away.

"5th years" Belles said grimly.

"What? How do you know they are 5th years" I asked.

"Well I heard rumors of the three 5th year girls that were bullies to anyone younger then them" She replied while she put on her earmuffs.

Today in Herbology we were replanting mandrakes, which actually required quite a lot of skill. Throughout the lesson we continued to talk but rarely because replanting mandrakes took a lot of energy.

Later that night:

I was thinking about the girls that stopped us in the hall that morning and thought out loud "Well, I guess we have new enemies"

"I agree" Was Belles reply.
