Hello everyone! Welcome back to another edition of A Gay's Gaze! Before we get to the regular sections, I have a few announcements.

First of all, I owe you all an apology. There hasn't been an issue of A Gay's Gaze in several weeks. This happened without warning, and I'm sorry. My owls were down, and I was unable to contact my (soon-to-be) co-author, Jane M. More importantly, though, the chapters were not saving when I was working on this issue. In fact, they still aren't on my computer--I'm actually writing this on my phone. But from now on, I will announce beforehand if I'll be unable to publish an issue. I really am sorry this happened.

Additionally, we unfortunately didn't get enough submissions to the Google Form about what new sections you would like to see in A Gay's Gaze. Therefore, the Form will remain open through this Thursday (June 2). In case you're new to A Gay's Gaze, or if you forgot, we'll have a new writer soon--the lovely Jane M.--and you all have the power to decide what it will be about! Please fill out the form if you would like to have a say in the future of A Gay's Gaze. Here is a link! I encourage everyone to fill it out.

Also, we have a very special one-time segment for you all! For those of you who were unaware, the Hogwarts Student Council is currently holding an election for the Slytherin Head House Representative! It will be their job to represent Slytherin house in the Council. Well, in today's issue, we have exclusive interviews with three of the candidates: Ilene Levesque, Andromeda Riddle, and Andrea Nightshade! These interviews are featured in the seventh chapter, titled Slytherin HHR Election: Exclusive Interviews!!!. Please read the interviews, and please vote! Polls close in one day, so you'd better be quick!

And finally, Pride Month starts in three days! I wish you all a happy Pride, whether or not you're able to celebrate openly. I would encourage you all to learn about the history of Pride, and how we got to where we are today. Anygays, I just want to wish you all a happy Pride! In celebration of Pride Month, I will hopefully be including more than one LGBTQ+ headcanon, quote, and fanfiction per issue in upcoming issues! If you would like to send in your own submissions for these sections, owl me or post in AGGatH Readers!
