Harr gives your sword to Neville with instructions to kill Nagini with it, and then confronts Voldemort.  He gives Voldemort a chance to surrender and show remorse, explaining that the Elder Wand will not serve him because your real conquerer is not Snape, who killed you on your request, but Draco Malfoy, who disarmed you.  Voldemort rejects the offer to surrender and challenges Harry to a duel.  He casts the Avada Kedavra Curse, which Harry deflects with the Expelliarmus spell back onto Voldemort, killing him.  Without their leader, the Death Eaters lose heart and are soon overpowered by their enemies.

  The good guys have triumphed and life in the wizarding world takes a decided turn for the better.  Harry and Ron become Aurors and Hermione graduates from Hogwarts and then goes to work for the Ministry, first to better the working condition of House Elves and then to improve the state of Magical Law Enforcement.  Ron marries Hermione but Harry does not marry Ginny - after all, Harry and Ginny have lived together like brother and sister. 

  Ginny, who took up Quidditch while at Hogwarts, decides to turn pro after graduation.  She joins the Holyhead Harpies, an all-witch team, as a Chaser.  During a Quidditch match with Puddlemere United she bumps into the opposing Keeper, Oliver Wood, and the impact knocks her off her broom.  Ignoring the other two Harpy Chasers, who are rapidly approaching him with the Quaffle, he dives, catches her and sets her lightly on the ground.  She immediately falls in love with her saviour, and after a whirlwind romance they get married.  Being older than Ginny, Oliver retires from the sport before she does and becomes Quidditch correspondent for the Daily Prophet.

  Harry too is an avid Quidditch player, and with Voldemort gone and the Death Eaters in Azkaban, his duties as an Auror are not too heavy to let him play.  He joins the Chudley Cannons as the Seeker, leading the once-hopeless team to one victory after another.  And then, for the first time in his life, he gets beaten to the Snitch while still on his broom - by none other than the Seeker with the Holyhead Harpies.  He congratulates her and shakes her hand.  She is charmed by his good sportsmanship, which contrasts starkly with the hostility she felt from all the other men whose male egos she bruised.  Harpies, unlike other women, are not repelled by men whom they defeat in athletic contests; so she falls in love with Harry and, after a whirlwind romance, they too get married.  After a few years he is promoted to Auror-in-Chief.  Then he retires from the sport and the Chudley Cannons resume their losing ways.
