Key Events

* Year One started with only Charms, Defence Against the Dark Arts, History of Magic, Potions, and Transfiguration being offered to first years. In Week 3, Astronomy and Herbology were opened to first years.

* At the end of Week 5, Professor Lestrange had to depart Hogwarts is Here to return full-time to the Ministry of Magic. He was replaced by Professor Afolyan, who lead Astronomy until the end of Year 1.

* Professors Black, Anne, Starfight joined the teaching staff for Divination, Care of Magical Creatures, and Ancient Runes, which were to be offered in Year 2.
