The Second Day
Chapter 6
Today started off very similar to how yesterday started. I woke up at 8 o'clock’ When I got to the sitting room I saw Amanda Cooper watching some news. My mom and dad just got out of their rooms when I came to the sitting room. I made a breakfast of pancakes for everyone today and than (like yesterday) Amanda Cooper and I made a to-do list for today our to-do list was much smaller than yesterdays this is how it looked like:
GO TO WATER PARK
EXERCISE
I know it only has 2 things on the list but like I said yesterday the water park should be a whole day thing. When we finished breakfast Amanda Cooper and I decided to go to the gym to exercise first. We did cardiovascular exercise for 1 hour. After we finished the tiring exercise we decided to go to the hotel room and get everything we needed for the water park. We packed and finally we were ready to go to the water park. When we opened the modern door that would lead us to the water park I noticed that the water park had way more than steep slides it had a wave pool, a surfing simulator, a water apparatus, and a huge bucket of water that was no kidding the height of three fully grown male humans and the width of one and a half fully grown males and...get this....it held 500 gallons of water every 10 minutes the bucket would fill up and splash on everyone. First, Amanda Cooper and I went to the water apparatus and played there for a while, occasionally going to the big bucket of water when we thought it was about to splash. Then we decided that it was time to go to the wave pool. The wave pool was a crazy experience and a fun one for most of the time I was thinking that I was dying. That's how intense the waves were. After being in the wave pool for a long time we were about to go on the surfing simulator when my step- mom and dad said that it was time to eat lunch. I did not know that it was already lunch-I guess time flies when you are having fun. We had McDonald's and I ordered a happy meal. Then Amanda Cooper and I decided to go to the surfing simulator. To be honest the surfing simulator wasn't all that great-I mean it was okay but so far it was my least favorite activity in the water park. Then we had the water rides-now I knew instantly when I first saw the slides that I was going to love it...and I did! The water slides were super fun! There were bunches of different rides and Amanda Cooper and I went on each one at least four times. When Amanda Cooper and I stopped we had no idea that it was 5 o’clock. So without further ado we packed and got all the stuff we had brought to the water park in our bags. Then we headed back to the hotel room and by that time it was dinner time so I made pasta for everyone. After we finished the pasta we decided that we should watch a movie in the sitting room so we watched a long movie and decided to go to bed.
