Core

Chapter 2
As any well-informed witch or wizard knows, there are 3 wand cores: Unicorn Hair, Phoenix Feather and Dragon Heartstring. In this chapter you will identify your unique wand core.
Instructions:
Read the descriptions for the three cores and decide which one applies to your personality the best.

Unicorn Hair:
Unicorn hair wands are known for rarely experience blockages. The characteristics of the core are loyal and moralistic. Though these wands carry unbelievable power they are not very effective when practicing the dark arts. They also produce less powerful magic than other cores and can need replacing if the wand is not properly cared for.

Dragon Heartstring:
Unlike the unicorn core, dragon cores can produce very powerful magic, as they come from such a powerful creature. They are also very intelligent cores and bond quickly with its owners, old and new. However this core, along with the other wand cores have their faults, they are the most temperamental of the three cores and are most likely to produce accidents.

Phoenix Feather:
These wands are the rarest because they have the greatest range of magic and intelligence. But Phoenix feather wand cores have their flaws, they are known to act of their own accord and are known to act most finnicky but mastering them is very difficult.
