Chapter 7
Helena was born in late nine hundreds and she was the daughter of one of the founders of Hogwarts, Rowena Ravenclaw. Of course, she had to have good manners and work hard since her mother was one of the best witches in time.
Since her mother was too busy with school, Helena didn't see her mother a lot and Rowena couldn't pay attention to Helena since she didn't have time.
Every founder had an important item and for Rowena it was a diadem. It made the wearer more clever and people say Rowena enchanted it herself.
Helena was one of the first generations to attend the school and see the founders. She was educated by these four founders including her mother. That made their mother-daughter relationship more complicated because the teacher-student relationship dynamic also got between them.
During school years a Slytherin student Baron fell in love with Helena but he got refused by her a couple times.
Helena was always behind her mother, living in her shadows; she never lived up to the great witch like her mother was. Helena was jealous and selfish. She took her mother's diadem(mostly likely stole it) so she could be more clever and more important than her mother.
She ran away from everything and was ready to start a new life, outshining her mother. Her mother never admitted the diadem was gone and she hid her daughter's betrayal from everyone.
Meantime, Rowena got ill. And even after what her daughter did to her, she still wanted to see Helena one last time. She sent Baron to get her since the young man was still in love with Helena after all these years.
Helena's "new life" was shorter than expected. She was in a forest, thinking of her plans when Baron found her. She hid the diadem in a tree.
Baron gave a hand to the girl he love. Helena refuse and this time Baron got angry. So he killed Helena. Afterwards, he killed himself because of guilt.
Helena and Baron both chose to be ghosts.
