Effie: Exactly, now the schedules a bit of a bear, twelve days, twelve districts, but it's mostly parties, celebrations, adoring fans to greet you at every stop along the way, and then we wrap it up in the Capitol. All you need to do is give a few speeches, wave to the crowds, and enjoy your time in the spotlight, you've earned it.
Katniss: What did you say?
Peeta: Katniss
Effie: I said enjoy it Katniss, you've earned it
Katniss: By killing people
Effie: Young lady
( Katniss leaves )
Katniss: I'm really not in the mood for a lecture. I'll apologize to Effie later. Thought you were Haymitch
Peeta: You don't need to apologize to anyone... including me. I know it's not fair to hold you to things you said in the games, you saved us, I know that. But I can't go on acting for the cameras and then as ignoring each other in real life. So if you can stop looking at me like I'm wounded, then I can quit acting like it, and then maybe we have a shot at being friends.
Katniss: I've never been very good at friends
Peeta: For starters, it does help when you know the person. I hardly know anything about you except that you're stubborn and good with a bow.
Katniss: That about sums me up
Peeta: No there's more than that, you just don't wannatell me.
Katniss: It's like I said I'm-
Peeta: See Katniss, the way the whole friend thing works is you hafta tell each other the.. the deep stuff
Katniss: The deep stuff
Peeta: Yah
Katniss: Uh oh, like what?
Peeta: Like umm what's your favorite color?
Katniss: Well know you've stepped over the line
Peeta: Seriously though what is it?
Katniss: Green, what's yours?
Peeta: Orange
Katniss: Like Effies' hair?
Peeta: No, not that orange more uh, like a sunset kind of orange
(They go in a tunnel, Katniss sees the Mockingjay symbol, on the wall)
Katniss: Did you see that?
Peeta: What? Wow?!
