Peeta: The Sorting
Chapter 1
I hope I get sorted into the same house as Katniss. I mean we have similar traits. Professor McGonagall is calling names.
" Katniss Everdeen"
Katniss goes to sit and put the Sorting Hat on her head. Our eyes meet. Then the hat suddenly announces
" Gryffindor!"
A cheer goes up from the Gryffindor table. I clap. Next, it's Gale's turn. He confidently walks up to the stool and puts the head. The hat barely touches his head but then announces
" Hufflepuff"
Oh dang, it! He won't be with Katniss. Now I hear McGonagall calling my name so I go to sit on the stool. I place the dusty hat on my head. I try to not ruin my hair from the dust. The hat announces that I'm Gryffindor. Yes! I stay with Katniss. I hop off the stool and go to the table and I sit next to Katniss. I grab her hand that was resting on the bench. No one can see unless someone looks under the table. Mia goes and she gets put in Hufflepuff. I bet she'll be happy with Gale. Becca goes last and is sorted into Ravenclaw. Then the feast begins.
