Also, this tip is something many people need.


Remember not to try shifting literally every single day.


Shifting realities is not just an average dream you get when your sleeping. You are shifting your whole mindset and body to a whole different reality.


This will take up so much energy from your mind and body. So trying to shift everyday is not ideal.


Always remember that after trying to shift for 2-3 day, take a 2-3 day break, and if that isn't enough you can always take a longer break.


As much as it is hard to give your energy, it takes quite a while to gain it back. So, always remember to not force yourself everyday to shift if you haven't. it is very exhausting and unsafe to push yourself when feeling unstable.
