What I can and can't do:
Chapter 3
What I can do perfectly fine:
Hold normal objects
Hold 2 or even 3 drinks/glasses
Type on a keyboard quite fast (with both hands)
Play piano (I have a song on Spotify actually and if you want to listen search 'Matilda J Oxley'!
General sports
Use spray bottles with my left hand
What I can't do:
Hold my left arm straight above my head without holding it with my right
Paint my own nails well
write with my left hand (I'm right handed)
make intricate shadow animals with my hands
Exercises requiring weight on just my left arm
