A thing that motivated me to shift is now #1 this journal or book or whatever. 2.) Look up the science behind shifting. It's real and it's possible.
Also I recommend that if your shifting belief isn't 100% there yet don't tell anybody. Others may not believe in shifting and that's okay we shouldn't dislike them for that it's a big thing and it may be overwhelming for them so they deny it's existence. But I know that you found out about shifting and chose to believe it for a reason you found my journal for a reason as well. If you have any questions post it on my page I'm more than happy to help.
