Lost friends, family, a loved one? I am terribly sorry , even if it was a loss of a friendship or a death.
If it was death ,Rest In peace, they are watching over you and are so proud of you, they love to see your smile and they miss it. (my friend died from brain cancer :( )
If it was loss of a friendship/relationship I have been there, I think we all have. Try to not let it get to you, they most likely brought you down but you're better off without them, just focus on youself.
