We all know Professor Slughorn’s tendency to frequently invite Harry and Hermione to his “Slug Club” parties, but always managing to call Ron by the wrong name. Ron was called Ralph, Wallenby, and Wimby over the course of his sixth year by Slughorn, but did you know that he was also called Rupert? This was a nod to the actor that plays Ron in the movies, Rupert Grint. Don’t we all love seeing J.K. Rowling’s little references in the Harry Potter books?
