A tawny owl with ruffled feathers flew swiftly and silently in the cover of darkness in the City of Love, Paris. It clutched a letter in it's sharp talons. It perched on the balcony of a bakery and then after a few seconds flew down and deposited the letter on its doorstep. Then, spotting an partly open window, it flew in. Grabbing a macaroon, it took off again, soaring high in the sky. In another part of Paris, a snowy owl was doing the same to a lonely mansion that wasn't particularly welcoming, minus the macaroons. It flew in the house from a window, dropped a letter on a pillow on a king sized bed that someone was currently sleeping on. Then seemingly rethinking his approach, he grabbed the letter, dropped it on the person's face, then flew away.

Meanwhile in Hogwarts, Mr. Damocles was pacing in his office. "Maybe inviting them wasn't such a good idea. Maybe I should call the owls back. Maybe I should-" He was promptly cut off by Ms. Bustier "No, the owls are already out there, and it wasn't a bad idea, and you and I both know that this is the only way to prepare them for what's ahead. Master Fu agrees with me." "Yes, it's a very good idea and will protect Adrien from the influences of his father, and will give Marinette some extra spunk." Miss Bustier nodded, "Too late to reconsider. Besides, the rumors of Hawkmoth are not just rumors anymore, we will need all the wizards and witches as we can get, and the ones that are not ready, we will protect them and help them.
