Chapter 1
~ Harry's POV ~
I wake up immediately. I touch my head. Shit, it's boiling. I grunt something that even I didn't understand. It was very strange. I got out of bed and went to the common room, where Hermione and Ron were. Their faces turned pale when they saw that my head was sweating. "Are you okay?" They asked in unison. I nodded my head and sat down on an armchair so I wouldn't fall over because I was so tired. "What do we have today?" I asked, "DADA" replied Hermione, you could see in her voice that she was worried. "But you can skip it if you want. The teachers will understand. I shook my head. "I'm fine," I said as a statement. Hermione and Ron looked at each other, worried.
I get out of my chair and walk into the Great Hall. When I arrive, I sit next to Neville. Neville looks at me with concern. I look at him. He says, "Don't say anything. ANYTHING" I grunt at him. Neville looks away. My mood was not the best. Dumbledore said a few words, but I didn't hear them. I just wanted to eat. At some point Ron and Hermione sat down next to me. The food appeared. I served myself some potatoes and a roast pig and started eating. When I finished, I felt better. I ate dessert and got up. Of course, Malfoy, the odious Draco Malfoy, came up to me. "What's wrong Potter? Do you feel bad?" I roll my eyes. "Go to hell Malfoy" Draco was going to say something else but Professor McGonagall appeared. I smiled mockingly and walked away. "I see you're feeling better," says Hermione with a smile. I smiled back at her and we walked over to Potions, because before DADA we had Potions. With the Slytherins. And with Malfoy. I walked into the room and Snape was there. I sat in my seat and waited for Snape to speak. "Today we're doing the love filter 'Amortentia'...." He starts to say Snape. He explains what Amortentia is and then says what is important. "And also Potter's partner is Malfoy...." My eyes open. Malfoy grimaces. I don't want to be with him. I hate him. He hates me. We hate each other.
