Basically, no student is allowed to practice magic outside of school. Now, there are a few exceptions, such as your life or the life of a fellow witch, wizard, or muggle is in danger. But there should always be caution in the doing of this.

Incantation- Lumos (LOO-mos)
Wand Movement- Single Counter-clockwise loop
Willpower: Low to light up the top of your wand
