Dittany (origanum dictamnus)

Climate:

• Only found on the mountains of Crete, Greece (and magical greenhouses that mimic these conditions)
• Around 13 degrees Celsius
• Requires warmth and sunlight
• In Neutral soil (6.6-7.3 pH)
• Needs very little water, if you overwater it let it dry out before watering it again

Appearance:

• 20-30 cm tall

Properties:

• Liquid is Brown
• Seeds lightly covered in soil

Uses:

• Wand Core
• Used in several Love Potions
• Prevents permanent scarring
• Must be diluted to use properly
• In the Wiggenweld Potion - revives and awakes those under magically-induced sleeps
