Phases and Tides
Moon rotates counterclockwise around the Earth
The sun produces the Solar System's light and magic and the planets and moons can only reflect what light and magic is given to them

Tides: ocean tides
The tide with the smallest change in water level is called the neap tide
The tide with the biggest change are spring tides
Moon cycle and Earth rotation affect the tides
Tides are caused by the Sun's gravity and the Moon's gravity
Moon has more of a gravitational pull because it is closer to Earth than the sun is.
Spring tides happen during Full and New moons.
Neap tides during the First and Third quarter moons
Syzygy: three astronomical objects arranged in a straight line
