When talking about food, there isn't much that can be said. Food is food and no matter what, it will always be delicious (if prepared correctly, obviously).


If we go deep into the subject of Muggle Food, everything has a process and exact preparation (most cases). For example, if we are to bake cookies, we would need to mix certain ingredients to obtain a dough, perfect for baking. Then, the oven would be used. Here Muggles and even some wizards/witches, use it to cook and bake. Going back to our cookies example, the ball-shaped dough would be placed inside and after 12-ish minutes, freshly baked cookies will be done! You are not to worry, we will learn how to bake those.

As for Magical Food, certain food are similar, if not exactly, the same as Muggle Food. There are some exceptions like teeth cleaning candies, vampire blood lollipops, etc. --- but overall, they share the same qualities and ingredients! So what is the difference? In the magical world, we have possibilities beyond the Muggle World. Take as an example, your wand! You could cook something immediately, or not even touch it!
