*Draco's point of view*

After I sent the letter, I snuck out of the portrait hole and headed to the greenhouses. I smirked and hid behind a bush quickly. A few minutes later, I spotted her coming down the path. She stopped and looked around for me. I jumped out from behind the bush fast. "AHHHHHH!!!" she cried out. I started laughing. "D-Draco?" she said, looking scared. I nodded and doubled over. That was so easy! "Draco!" she said. Her stare looked like McGonagall's. "Sorry!" I said, still laughing. "Anyway Draco, is that the reason you called me out here? To give a heart attack?" she scolded. I blushed and shook my head, turning away from her. I was so nervous. Oh well, here goes! "Hermione, I lo-" she interrupted me before I could continue. "I love you too," she said. I looked up, smiling wide. I could hardly believe my ears. We didn't say anything else for a second. "But Draco, I'm a Gryffindor and you're a Slytherin! We're supposed to be enemies!" she said. "I don' care! "I said. "I love you and nothing can change that!" I told her as my face felt like a tomato. She nodded and an urge came over me. I leaned towards her and she leaned towards me. My lips connected with hers and I put my hand around her back. Her lips were soft and soothing. We separated and she put her finger on my lips. "I love you," she whispered as she turned to walk back inside. I stood there, shocked that this actually had just happened.
