Please...please wait a minute *hugs you* please give me 1 minute to make your day less stressful. If it doesn't work then feel free to never talk to me again okay *smiles*. I know you are stressed. I know you hate quarantine. I might feel your pain or I might not even be able to imagine it. But trust me I've been abused and mistreated. Stressed and Furious. Sad and broken. So please give me two seconds. Thanks! I want you to follow the steps and see if they work.
1. Relax your shoulders (didn't realize you were tensed? Me either)
2. Calm your face
3. Get comfortable as possible
4. Turn the screen brightness down a notch
5. Try to silence all your thoughts and focus on the word:
Calm
I went to a facialist today! Mostly for a glow-up...we can feel pretty ugly at certain points in our life. My wonderful aunt paid for it. Anyways it was life-changing not to be dramatic. We notice how much we are stressed without noticing! So I want you to close your eyes. Yes nothings gonna hurt you trust me *smiles*
