'1:30, 30 mins to spare' John thought to himself. He walked into the N.H store and was looking around at gay pride clothing.

"John?"

"Pegs!" John said turning around so he could hug Peggy. "Wait what r u doing in THIS store?"

"I'm a straight ally, so I'm looking at that section" She said. "I've got news, Alex doesn't want u to know this, but since ur his best friend, i think it's necessary."

"Yeah, what is it?" John asked.

"Alex is getting married" She said.

John looked at the ground. "I know" He said. He showed Peggy the text.

"oh"

"yeah" John said turning his head to look at the busy street. He looked around and saw Alexander and caught his eye. "I should get going"

"Ok, see yah!" Peggy said before walking out of the store.

I see John in the N.H store so i go and walk up. John goes and checks out and walks out. He stops just before he passes me.

"I know" He says.

"Know what?" I say, completely confused.

"You know what I'm talking about, and it pains me that you didn't want to tell me" He says, as he walks off.
