John put the phone back and sighed. He went outside to check the mail and got a letter from washington, explaining the same thing that Alex had explained to him. John quickly raced into his bedroom and packed all his things fairly quickly, so it was a bit messy. He put all of his suitcases into his car and drove all the way to NYC.

(fyi, both john and Alex don't live in NYC)

John checked into the hotel and got the room key and raced up the stair to the room. He unpacked his things and put his turtle stuff animals on the bed nearest the wall, he hated sleeping near the window, he always got to cold. He went into the bathroom and looked around. It was a nice room. He went over and plopped down on the bed and stared up at the ceiling.

A little while later John woke up to the sound of the door opening and closing. "Who's there" He asked nervously, grabbing one of his stuff animals and pulling it to his chest.

"John?"

"Alex?!"
